Easy pecan pie
1 cup dark corn syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
Mix all ingredients except pecans together. Then mix in pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake for about one hour at 350 degrees. Let cool before slicing (this is the toughest part of all).
