Summer Salad 2
This makes a great, healthy side or a quick lunch.
2 boiled ears of corn, with the kernels removed
half pint of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
